I've been using TFStairs’ services for many years. Customer service and response time are consistently excellent, and the product is well-manufactured. Delivery lead times are usually reasonable, though on occasion they’ve been a bit longer than expected. Still, I’m happy to recommend them.

Superb job. Delivered on time and fitted fairly easily with 2 people. I would recommend getting the stringers assembled as it saves a lot of time. Very pleased with the outcome. It looks and feels well made and sturdy.

Tom did an amazing job with production—flawless treads
As a homeowner in the affluent area of Los Angeles, I needed 33 treads and landings for my grand staircase. Tom Fiello's tigerwood treads did not disappoint. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the treads feel sturdy underfoot. The staining matched my flooring sample, but there was a slight variation in color, hence the 4 stars. Nonetheless, the treads look beautiful, and I'm happy with my purchase. The delivery was quick, which was a big plus
