Exceeding Expectations in Luxury Builds
One of the best choices I made with our new ultra-luxury build was to go with Tom Fiello for the staircase! Their team was highly responsive and extremely patient with any tweaks and changes we threw at them, and the end product even surpassed our very high expectations. Not sure how they feel about me, with my pain-in-the-assery (lol), but there was never even one moment that I was met with anything but pleasant, can-do understanding and top notch efficiency.

Beautiful Treads Despite Small Delivery Issue
I bought 18 hickory treads for my home renovation in Boston. The treads from Tom Fiello are beautiful, and the staining matched my flooring sample nicely. However, I had a minor issue with the delivery; one of the treads had a small scratch. Despite this, I'm pleased with my purchase and how they've elevated the overall aesthetic of my home.

Fast turnaround and amazing quality
We ordered 32 hickory - 3" by 42" treads for our floating stair case. Tom Fiello, Gaby and staff did an amazing job not only producing the treads; also the installation. Highly recommend custom stair treads by Tom Fiello.
