Please read our Floating Stair Treads Warranty carefully, as it outlines the coverage and conditions of the warranty for our stair treads.

Warranty Coverage:

1. Stair Treads: We warranty our floating stair treads to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery. It's important to note that this warranty applies exclusively to residential projects. The warranty does not cover stair treads installed in commercial or heavy traffic areas. Additionally, since our stair treads are made from solid hardwood, the natural characteristics of real hardwood mean that each piece may have variations in grain, color, and texture. These variations are a part of the beauty and uniqueness of real hardwood and are not considered defects. Therefore, this warranty does not cover variations in grain, color, or texture that are inherent to the natural hardwood material.

Exclusions and Limitations:

1. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

   • Normal wear and tear
   • Improper use or maintenance
   • Accidents, abuse, or misuse
   • Modifications or alterations made by parties other than Tom Fiello, LLC
   • Acts of nature or disasters

2. Tom Fiello, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the stair treads that occurs during shipping, handling, or transportation after they leave our facility.

Claim Procedures:

1. To make a warranty claim for floating stair treads, you must notify Tom Fiello, LLC in writing within the warranty period.

2. Please provide your name, contact information, order details, and a detailed description of the issue or defect.

3. We may require photographic evidence or an inspection by one of our representatives to assess the claim.

Resolution and Remedies:

1. If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, Tom Fiello, LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective stair treads.

2. The resolution provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy available to the customer for defective stair treads.

Transferability:

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and installation location.
