I'm a contractor based in Chicago, and I purchased 50 hard maple treads and 4 landings from Tom Fiello for a project in a high-end neighborhood. The treads are of good quality and matched the stain of the flooring sample provided by my client. While the lead time was reasonable, the packaging could have been better as a few treads had minor dents. Nonetheless, the overall experience was positive, and my client loved the finished staircase.
